Brazilian Jiujitsu area is located on the 3 rd floor, and Kickboxing classes are held on the 4 th floor.

・ Fully filled Auto Pay registration sheet.
-Membership fee will be deducted from you Bank/Post account on 27 th of every month.
Please bring your personal stamp or make sure it will be the same signature as the one appears in your bank account.

・ID photo x 2 (size: 3cm x 2.5). Either color or black and white are acceptable.
-The photos will be used for member's registration and member's card.
